Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as earrings, undergarments, or sale/clearance items cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
